We have 2 double rooms one with sky in the room available. The price is quoted per calendar month, and includes all bills. These rooms are available 1 August 2018.

This is a clean and professional house share, and has recently been refurbished, so all the furniture is new and modern.

The house is located near (Walking distance) bus links directly into town center and the Peterborough train station (60 mins to London Kings Cross with East Coast service running every 30 mins.). Access to the A1 is very easy, and the house is also close to Peterborough City Hospital.
Bretton Shopping Park is close by and offers a huge array of shops. Town Centre is 10 mins drive and offers the Peterborough Cathedral, a trendy marketplace and Queensgate shopping center.

The contract (AST) will be for a minimum of 6 months, after which it becomes a rolling 1 month contract.
