Master en-suite room available in a modern house

The master bedroom in our 5 bed rental property has just become available. The room is on its own floor with private shower and toilet and built-in storage. The house is furnished (White goods, spare guest room, TV in lounge etc.) but the room does not have a bed.

We are looking for a young professional to replace our flatmate who is moving out at the end of March 15. We are two friends from our university days sharing the house in Bretton, Peterborough for our work commitments (teacher / account manager). Aged 26-28, we are looking for a like minded person who is tidy (treats house as home), social and up for a laugh.

Due to our jobs we are usually very busy during the week but socialise together as a house a lot, especially on the weekends. Weeknights are normally a lot tamer!
