3 bedroom house with 2 double rooms and a single room, shared bathroom upstairs with bath/shower, downstairs toilet, shared furnished lounge, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room including washing machine and garden with shed (ideal to store bikes safely) and space for barbecue with friends.
Both the single and one double room are available but the single room is too small to advertise on its own. We can decide together how we use it
I used to share with friends who left at short notice so I need to find someone ASAP.
All shared rooms are furnished.
Close to bus routes 2 and 5.
Free parking on the drive for up to 2 cars (including mine).
The bills include council tax, broadband, water, electricity and gas.
