Very spacious double room in excellent location

I have a very large double room to let in my 2 bedroom bungalow. All other facilities are shared (i. e kitchen, living room, bathroom), but the rent does include all bills - including wifi and sky TV.
Parking space for 1 car and plenty of storage space in the garage for bikes, etc.
The house (bungalow) is in a really nice quiet culdesac on the outskirts of Peterborough. Excellent transport links, with major routes north south east and west. Bus stop to city centre a 2 minute walk away (buses take 10 mins to the station).
The room is very large and will be furnished with double bed and mattress, built in wardrobes and dressing area.
Please be aware that I do have 2 cats, they are extremely friendly and no bother, but I'm aware that some peple may be allergic or generally not keen.
Monday to Friday lets considered, and rent is negatiable.
Ideally I'd like to share with someone who will take care of my home, pay on time, and be hassle free. In return, I'll promise a hassle free and friendly environment to live.
