Large Double Room to rent in Soham

Hello. I am looking for a housemate to share my home. I have a part furnished double room to rent in my new build 3 bed house in Soham (bed, bedside table and also built in wardrobe) but furniture can be taken out if need be.

The house is a large 3 bedroom house and you will have your own bathroom comprising of bath with mixer showerhead (there is also a downstairs toilet). There is a large lounge, separate dining room, a large kitchen and the house has all mod cons including wifi, washing machine.

Off street parking is available and I have a medium size garden.

My house is a 10 minute drive from Ely train station (there are good connections to Cambridge and London) and a 10 minute drive from Newmarket.

The rent is £500 PCM inclusive of bills and I will require a £400deposit.
Refrences required.

I am a 35 year old professional male who is looking for someone friendly to live with and who won't mind my well behaved 8 year old daughter visiting every other weekend and times during the week.
But also be conscious about noise in evenings
