It is downstairs with its own access via patio doors if required so has some dgree of privacy. It was formerly the living room and is large and almost like a bed sit rather than just a bedroom. It also has a lovely fireplace.

There is car parking and it is located on the Common with open spaces front and rear, it is also idealyl located just of the A142.

There is a downstairs wet room next door to the room.

Use of the kitchen including range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.

I am a single parent family with 2 children a small well behaved dog and a cat.

It is a family home and I would need someone to treat it as such and with respect. I do not impose many rules and are easy going and friendly to live with.
