House has three toilets (one is ensuite, main bathroom and ground floor cloakroom are shared only by 3 tenants).

Flexible terms on a monthly basis no fixed or 6 month contract is necessary just stay as long as you like until you give one month notice.

A one-off letting registration reservation, preparation, administration fee applies. It has remained at the same low rate for the 12th year it is still UNDER £150 (£147) You only pay one-time when you reserve regardless of length of stay, there are absolutely no other fees.

There are no more fees to pay even if you later swap between our rooms and houses or if you leave and return another time.

No live-in children (those visiting is OK). No pets. No couples. Smoking outside only. Applicants over 23 years of age only- younger tenants will not be accepted sorry.

Single working person only please although an occasional overnight guest is welcome in your own room.
