Brand new friendly house, great location.

Due to a current house mate re locating out of the area, I will have a double room to rent in my new house on the Loves Farm Estate in St Neots, as of October 2014. You would be sharing with me (Live in land lord and my current male tennent.

The house is lovely, It has a large kitchen, seperate utility, large lounge with a sitting area and dinning area and there is a spare room for friends to stay. There is lots of parking near the property and a small garden. The house is also well located for the station as it is just 5/10 walk away now that the footbridge has been finished. There is also a Tesco Metro no more than 5 mins walk away. The estate is also just off the A428 so it is only a 12mile drive to cambridge and the A1 is just 5 mins away.

My current tennent and I have shared together for the past 3 years and he moved to the new property with me. We have moved here from out of the area and we are still finding our feet a bit. Although we are social and friendly and want to get out and about a bit to see the local town and try out some of the pubs by the river, we are not the type who stay out late at night and binge drink at the weekends! We love relaxing in the evening watching TV and chatting.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and outgoing but respectful of others. You will need to like dogs are there are 4 at the property. These dogs are well behaved, friendly with people and attended training. They also have their own room in the house.
