Double room for professional in friendly house

Thanks for looking at our ad. Our third housemate is moving out so we are looking for a third person to complete the house. We are two young professionals, both sociable, honest and easy to get on with. Generally we appreciate living in a nice environment with nice people. I am the live in landlord so the house is always in good condition and well maintained inside and out. It’s not a party house, as we both work Monday to Friday usual hours, and it’s also not a big faceless ‘shared house’ there seems to be a lot of on here, with 6 rooms and no idea who’s moving in or out.

About the room and house – newly refurbished double bedroom with decent bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers etc. Looking out over the back garden and situated on a quiet street. There are two off road spaces with plenty of on road spaces. The house is a nice 3 bedroom semi detached, with ample kitchen, second wc and communal lounge. All recently decorated.

Nice garden with bike storage if needed. Big bbq/patio area for the summer. Washing machine included. Fibre optic wifi included. All bills included. A short bus ride from town, easy location for driving onto the parkway.
