I have a spare room to rent in my 3 bedroom house, which I own myself, and its just me living here.
I am a fairly peaceful person. Peaceful bore at times. Reading, writing, listening to music and streaming. We all like our own space. But being able to interact with somebody you live with does help in regards to actually knowing who is in your space. So i'm not exactly a hermit. Just an honest gent.
WiFi included. Pets are allowed, but I don't think a dog would be suitable considering its a room I'm renting out, not the entire house.
Looking for a like minded individual, plus somebody who is similar to me in being clean and tidy, and also a peaceful individual. Also the sound insulation isn't brilliant. So for yours, my neighbors, and my own respect - headphones for TV and music is essential as this is how i live. The neighbors are polite, pleasant and fairly peaceful too. I respect them, they respect me - simple.
