It's a 5 minute drive to the A14. It's around a 15minute drive, or 35minute cycle to central Cambridge.

The village has a lovely traditional feel about it, with a village green, a great pub and shop/post office. The village is located close to national trust fenland nature reserves and national cycle routes making it an ideal location for walks and cycle rides.

More shops restaurants and other amenities are located in the neighbouring village of bottisham, which is 1. 2 miles from the house.
