Excellent bus access to Hinxton/Sanger Institute/EMBL-EBI - as free campus bus stops outside the house (15-20 mins). Also good for Granta Park, Abraham, etc.

The house includes a living room, good-sized modern kitchen, dining area, utility room, bathroom, shower room, an additional toilet, covered bike lockup. High-speed WiFi internet access throughout the house and garden. There is one double bedroom available. Double-glazed.

Live-in very clean and tidy landlord, looking to share with considerate, eco-friendly/green, clean and tidy, sensible, house-proud professional. Much more like a home than a normal house/flatshare. Sorry, no pets. Suit postgrad/postdoc/researcher/te acher/artist. No couples.
