Furnished double room to rent in a refurbished, fully furnished 2 bedroom house in Trumpington, South Cambs. For single occupancy only.

Very quiet neighbourhood. 3 min walk to Waitrose, 15 min cycle to city centre or train station, 10 mins to Addenbrookes and 5 min walk to Park and Ride and major bus routes.

The house includes a large living room, modern kitchen, bathroom, off road parking and a large well kept garden with access to garage for storage.
All bills are included in the rent, subject to fair usage (incl high speed Virgin broadband).

I'm looking for a friendly, considerate, clean and tidy housemate. Ideally non-smoker and no pets.

I am 30 years old, a professional working in North Cambridge, and a couple of days a week from home. I am friendly and sociable, like to have a good chat! But quiet, respectful and clean and tidy to live with. :-)

My partner technically lives here too. He is only here most weekends at the moment, as he has his own house in London and working in London. He is in the process of trying to sell his house so will be here more often and commuting when he sells.
