Large double bedroom, great location

Hi there,

We have a spacious, furnished, double bedroom to let in our family home, located in Trumpington, South Cambridge.

We are a small, friendly family with a dog and a young child who is 3 years old. Our dog is a very friendly Samoyed (ball of fluff) and not allowed upstairs. Our daughter sleeps through the night, is very friendly and unspeakably cute. As such someone who is OK with dogs and children is very important.

The house is conveniently located right next to the Trumpington Park and Ride (5 min walk) and also 5 mins walk from the local supermarket (Waitrose).

It takes 15 minutes to cycle into the center of Cambridge and the train station. The motorway is also nearby but not close enough to keep you awake at night.

If you are someone who is friendly, enjoys a family atmosphere, is clean and tidy (especially in the bathroom) then please come and check out the room :)

All bills are included.

The deposit for the room is £630, this would need to be paid when the contracts are signed. We would then require 1 months rent in advance to begin the tenancy.
