The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom (with shower, living room and kitchen. A parking space is included. If you don't drive there is a good bus route that runs through the village and will take you to the town centre that is about 11/12 miles away. Sky and broadband are included. The area is quiet and the neighbours are really friendly.
I'm just looking for an easy going, professional person. I like my own space from time to time so someone to respect that also. I love to cook so would include some meals and some socialising with me whilst putting the world to rights over a bottle of wine! Must also like cats as I have 2.
