Double room in friendly house in Waterbeach. A few mins walk to Waterbeach train station (six minutes to Cambridge and around £3. 00 return) and approx 45 mins to London Kings Cross. Also very close to local pubs and shops.

Good transport links to A10, A14 and M11 and convenient for Science and Research Parks.

The room would suit a professional person (preferably sociable with a good sense of humour and preferably female to balance things up a bit).

The house is recently refurbished to a high standard and is well equipped with brand new washer dryer, wireless broadband, flat screen, Sky TV (Multi-Room) and all other mod cons. Situated in a remarkably quiet and safe neighbourhood, it's much more than just a place to live!

Whilst we like to socialise together occasionally, it is by no means a "party house". We prefer to keep the place clean and tidy too. We all get on well and respect each other and we'd be looking for a flatmate who is easy going and equally sociable.
