Double room - 9 min train to Cambridge

Furnished double room available in Waterbeach. With double ottoman bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside table. Desk and chair can also be added. Kitchen, bathroom, large living/dining room and large Garden are all for shared use. We have 2 friendly dogs Jasper (Lab spaniel mix or flat coat, we think) Lottie a Cocker Spaniel. On road parking is available.

Within 5 minute walk of the train station and 9 minutes on the train to Cambridge or 1 hour to London. Riverside cycle path into Cambridge approximately 35 minute to the city centre. Close to small shops, post office, bakers, pubs, restaurants, takeaways and Dr's surgery. There is a large Tesco within a 10 minutes car or bus journey.

Bills (council tax, broadband, Elec, Gas, Water) are approximately £145 per month.

We are friendly, tidy, easy-going professionals and are look
ing for someone to share the house, doggie cuddles and potentially the odd bottle of wine, if that's your poisen.
