No we're not in Cambridge city Centre, but we are in a great location between Cambridge, Haverhill & Newmarket, with fast easy road access to all three. Excellent uncongested road links north, south, east and west. Parking on private drive. 40Mbit broadband throughout house.
Your own / main bathroom, currently completing a full refit with underfloor heating, new shower bath etc. Property also has Solar Panels for continuous hot water.
Room is fully furnished with fitted furniture & double bed.
All other parts of the house including kitchen, lounge, a study, dining room and the garden available for shared use. Plenty of parking space on private drive. Resident owner is company owner & director with large home office attached, but only there 6 months of the year.
