Flatshare - Single Bedroom and double Bedroom

Hi there,

My name is Tim and I am the occupier of a two bedroom, 1st floor flat. I am looking for a flatmate for a flat share. I am offering either the double room (£80 per week) or single room (£70 per week)- I will take the room which is not rented out. The Double Room comes with a double bed, bedding, fitted double wardrobe and bed side cabinet. The single bedroom that comes with a bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe. There is allocated parking with the flat and additional spaces for visitors, so parking is not an issue. Rent will need to be paid on a weekly basis and deposit on the day of moving in. Rent includes water, council tax, TV licence and basic rent and excludes food. Electric is on a meter which will be discussed on viewing. If required I am able to have broadband installed. It is a roomy and light first floor flat which is fully furnished. The Kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge freezer, cooker, microwave etc.

The flat is a 5 min walk from wisbech town centre and close to 2-3 supermarkets. Its about a 30 min drive to the town of March and 20 mins to Kings Lynn.

I work various shifts so I am not always in but I am easy going, clean and tidy. I look forward to meeting you.
