Large room in detached house Mon-Friday only

My spare bedroom is available preferably for a locum/contracted professional. Suitable for a short stay of 1 week- 3 months, possibly longer. Live in landlord.

There is a new Smart LG OLED TV in the room with Netflix.

The room is a modern double room, however not available for couples. Bills included. Broadband available.

It has a large en suite with shower and a dressing room with fitted units. A desk can be provided if needed. My house is detached and has a large driveway. It is in a quiet area and only a 15 min walk to Wisbech town centre.

There is a large driveway with ample parking for several cars.

Wisbech town centre is only a 15 minute walk where there is a Wetherspoons and many take aways. Also there is a local shop just round the corner.

My desired tenant would be a quiet professional. Female preferred.. The room is advertised for Mon- Friday only but I could possible offer 7 nights a week for short stays of less than 6 months.
