The house is FURNISHED AND INCLUDES ALL BILLS with beds, sofa, TV etc in living room, and fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, oven, microwave etc). Electric, water, TV, council tax, high speed BROADBAND and all bills INCLUDED.
COUPLES WELCOME for an extra £30 per room (eg £85 room would cost a couple £115)
I live in the house but due to work and other commitments am often not there except for 4-5 nights/week to sleep. The group I am sharing with are all moving out to a new property so I am looking for friendly people to share my house.
Three rooms available as the start of January 2015 with rent to be paid weekly in advance and just a £100 deposit. First come first served. Room will be secured for 20th November on payment of deposit.
House is clean, recently decorated, light and pleasant throughout. All rooms to be rented are good to large doubles. They vary slightly in cost depending on size.
