While one bedroom is smaller than the other, there is plenty of storage space available elsewhere in the house, including a box room that is not used as a bedroom. While there may be some furniture available, these rooms are currently unfurnished without beds, so you’d need to bring your own. There’s a large kitchen with dishwasher, washer-drier and plenty of storage, a combined lounge/dining room and a big garden too, with a substantial shed which is ideal for storing bikes or other large items.

Opposite Fletton Tower, with the culinary delights of the Pasta Shop deli at the end of the street. It’s 10 minutes walk to the city centre, 20 minutes to the station.
The house is close to the Coalheavers’ Arms and Cherry Tree pubs (which has great karaoke on a Tuesday night).

There is plenty of off-street car parking space is also available – with no need for permits.
