Luxury FAMILY 5 bed detached home on Sugar Way with luxury super kingsize furnished room (top floor) with ensuite double shower room, walk in wardrobe, broadband, Sky, Netflix and use of all usual household things.
Please note this is a family home not multi room letting.. I live here with my 3 teenage children and my large family dog.. I also work from home in converted garage (hair and beauty therapist) so am here 24/7.
We have rented a room for the last 5 years to contractors and commuters and it has been great. Our current guy has been here for 2 and a half years but now transferred to Newcastle.
Ideally prefer a mon-friday as that is what we are used to. However it's not essential. I'm happy to do laundry and add on meals for an additional fee.
We are a very house proud family and like things clean and tidy, we would expect the same from our lodger.
