Double bedroom to rent in Altrincham

I am a live in landlord and have a decent sized double bedroom to rent in a Victorian terraced house close to Altrincham town centre. The location is great as only 5 minutes walking distance to Altrincham (links to Manchester via the metro link) but also only 15 minutes walking distance to Hale Village where there are some excellent bars/ restaurants.

The bedroom is fully furnished complete with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Please provide own bedding including duvet/ pillows and also towels. Off road parking is available round the back of my house however it is permit only on the road.

I'm looking for a professional who has similar working hours to myself; Monday- Friday 8am-6pm to share my house. Preferably clean and tidy (and contribute in keeping the house so) e. g. taking recycling/ putting bins out etc. Quiet and considerate when in the house particularly in the mornings/ bedtime :)

I usually enjoy a couple of nights out a week mostly at the weekend but also partial to a night in; cooking for friends and the odd glass of wine.

The room is available to move into from 8th September and I'm preferably looking for a short term let- up to 6 months.
