I have a large double room and a small double room available 15 mins walk from city centre.

The house is recently decorated and fully furnished including kitchen appliances. It's a well maintained, tidy house with a nice garden to the rear.

In the past 12 months a new 5 hob dual fuel cooker has been installed, along with a new freezer and tumble dryer.
New carpets have also been fitted in the Living Room.

All bills are included except for Electricity, which averages out around £15 per month (season depending)

There is a good working washing machine, tumble dryer and a solid brick outbuilding in the garden, if storage is required for a bike etc.

There is plenty of parking spaces (up to three on the drive, and there are no double yellows on the road).

There is a bus stop just across the street and runs into town passing the University every 10 minutes approx.
