Looking for someone to rent a house/Garden with

I am looking for a professional individual to rent a house with! Pleasenote I don't have a house yet.. idea is to rent something together and share bills equal parts. I am planning on having a dog so the person interested must love dogs and animals in general. My house mate must be clean, easy going, animal lover and reliable. Friendly and sociable but not a party person but like me more into quiet activities. I would be looking to rent in Marple, Hyde, New mills area, Even Stockport surroundings. I am in based in Bredbury at the minute and this area is nice to be considered to. If you would like to live in the countryside and you just need someone to rent with please get in touch. This is a long term rent so the person interested must be willing to compromise rent for a minimum of 12 month and if leaving after that, give 2 months notice for me to find someone else to share the house.
