Big, light, bright double room in friendly house near Chester centre. House has a spacious kitchen/dining room and large bathroom.

The house is walking distance to the station (2 mins), the city centre and the shops/pubs of Hoole village. Also good access to M53/56 if commuting.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The shared bathroom has a bath/shower. The kitchen has a washing machine and drier. The basement provides some storage space and there is a back yard.

I provide a cleaner (at no charge) for the shared rooms and fibre wireless broadband. There is a full fire alarm system and burglar alarm.

Young professionals working day time hours only so that everyone gets on.

Council Tax and Water Rates are included in the monthly rent. Other bills (gas, elec, TV) are shared (approx £40 per month).
