Lovely dble room apartment Hoole

Room available to share with me.
Short term only as flat on market. Happy to accommodate weekday only contractors on flexible basis.

I like to socialise but also value a quiet tidy clean home! I like the outdoors and have a horse so spend a lot of time with him.
Hoole is great for access to city centre, railway station and there are a couple of pubs and shops nearby.
Room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers and small desk.
There are 3 bedrooms but one is used as a study and won't be rented out. The flat is top floor and there is lots of off road parking.
Will consider short term/contractors.
Lodger must be willing to share cleaning duties.
