Room available in family house, Littleton, Chester

Bright and fresh small room available to rent on a mon-fri basis (4 nights), available from February (I've stated double in the ad as it has a double bed but the room itself is only small). The room has been recently re-decorated and furnished (inc. carpet and bed), all furnishings are very recently new and include a TV/wardrobe/chest of drawers.

Our house is a 3 bed terrace in the lovely village of Littleton, just 2. 5 miles from Chester city centre. It's a quiet location with views of fields front and back although is extremely convenient for Chester, not just by car (10 mins) but also by bike (20-25 mins) and bus (15 mins).

In addition to the room available, there is also use of a separate sitting room with TV and DVD player. Use, obviously, of the usual kitchen bits such as fridge/freezer/microwave/cooke r/washing machine etc. There is also a lawned garden with patio area and garden furniture. In terms of essential safety items, we have 2 smoke alarms and 2 carbon monoxide alarms.

All bills are included as is the use of fibre optic (fast!) wireless broadband and netflix (you may never need to watch normal TV again).

We are ideally situated for professionals working in Chester, Liverpool, Wirral and North Wales and are situated 1 min drive from the M53, A55 (A483), A41 and A51. There are local amenities: Sainsbury's less than 5 min drive; Chester city centre 2. 5 miles (bus stop at the end of the road); local shops 5 mins away. There are also 2 good pubs in the village of Chrisleton, just half a mile down the road.

Please note that there is a pet in the house...a small (decrepit) female cat. She's friendly enough, though not too much, inclined to be timid more than anything else and only has one tooth.
