There's 75mb wireless broadband throughout the house and a dining room with seating for 6. There's also a brand new kitchen fitted at the end of May 2019 which has a dishwasher, big fridge/freezer, medium fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave/oven and breakfast bench with stools. The downstairs bathroom has a washing machine, tumble dryer and the central heating is set on a central thermostat so the house is always at a constant comfortable temperature. Outside there is a courtyard/garden with a patio table & chairs and storage.
