The house is a 3 bed terrace, 5 minutes walk from both the city centre and the train station. Also easy access to A55, M53, M56. If you know the area it is right opposite the NEW WAITROSE, which is nice/handy to have on your doorstep!
The rent of £400 per month is inclusive of all bills including Sky+ and broadband internet.
