Room in Terraced House For Weekdays

Hello,

I'm a 39 year old professional, I work full time Monday to Friday and go to several gym classes on week-nights, so on week day nights I spend very little time at home. I'm usually out at 7am and back about 8pm or later.

The bedroom for rent is average sized, has a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The bed has a white company mattress topper for extra comfort and the street is very quiet, there's no noise at night.

There is one bathroom in the house, with a bath and separate shower cubicle.

I have Sky, an HD Smart TV, unlimited broadband, a dishwasher. All of which you are welcome to use.

The house has a garden and decking. I smoke, but ONLY EVER outside.

I'm clean, quiet and very easygoing.

My ideal house share is a contract worker who wants the room Monday to Friday (although I have no problems with being flexible if you need to stay a weekend night sometimes), is tired of hotel rooms and is looking for a friendly but fairly quiet housemate.
