Lovely, furnished, single room overlooking canal.

Will also consider F/T let with adequate rent adjustment... A very nice, comfortable single room in this two bed semi. Bills are included and bedding can be supplied. It's a nice quiet street on the edge of Hoole nr. Boughton. The room looks out over the canal. There's wifi and on-street parking where there is space, local shops and the city center are easy walking distance. There's a shared living/dining room, the bathroom has a bath and shower and there's a downstairs shower room(although that room only has a curtain as a door!) There's a yard at the back with a small planted area. The house is furnished with a mixture of modern and vintage/antique styles. It's not permitted to smoke in the house, but outside is ok. There's no television, so you'd be responsible for a license if you have a TV.

I'm a pretty laid back, friendly person and would like sharing the communal spaces to be enjoyable and fair. I like the house to be generally clean and tidy, to an average standard, I don't have any OCD tendencies and would prefer to live with someone who is easy going and fairly liberal minded (no bigots or racists etc.) Basically just a nice, decent sort of person. I work weekday standard office hours and spend quite a bit of time out on weekday evenings dancing/classes etc. I do like to be sociable at home sometimes too. Despite a busy social life I always try to be considerate of others and at home appreciate personal space as and when appropriate.
