Chester room available, Great Boughton

Close to Chester city centre (20 minutes walk )in a lovely area of Great Boughton. Single furnished room available for a clean, quiet, professional housemate. Spacious, recently decorated house with two lounges (with HD widescreen televisions), new bathroom, garden, conservatory, comfy new sofa! The other housemates don't use one of the lounges much (the first one pictured), so you would have that to yourself most of the time. All bills included apart from utility (house is well insulated and economy bulbs fitted so heating and electricity costs are not high). Broadband internet included. No agency fees. Cleaning rota involved for fairness and to keep the house looking nice. One place of off-road parking available. Aldi 5-10 minutes walk away (I save around £40 a month on food there compared to other supermarkets), local newsagents and takeaways 2 minutes walk away. This is a good house share if you appreciate a clean, quiet house bearing in mind the other tenant also follows this.
