Hi there,
I've got a double room to let in a two person house in Hoole. It's in a great location, close to the shops and bars in Hoole, and only a 15 minute walk into town. Good links to M53/M56/A55. Would suit young professional whose had previous houseshare experience. I'm easy going but not looking to share with a party animal as I work different shift patterns (with some early starts). I'd also consider a short term let if someone only needed the room for a couple of months and Monday - Friday arrangements. If you've got any questions please do get in touch.
