I have a double room available for rent in a terraced house in Chester.
It is to share with two adults, one a project manager (Gemma) and the other working in architecture (Martin).
We share the house with two small and friendly dogs (Neame and Clive) and there are three chickens in the garden (Tilda, Agatha and Kylie).
The house is close to town on a road leading to the canal and also ideally placed for easy access to the motorway.
