Racecourse Apartments, lovely double room.
Hi! I'm Lisa, looking to offer a double room with king size bed at my lovely racecourse apartment. The kitchen, bathroom etc would be shared with me but I'm easy going & like things clean and tidy. The apartment is a new build and I bought it 2 years ago so it's a nice, modern space with neutral decor.
The location is great, nice and quiet but only a five minute walk into the city centre. Ideally looking to share with a professional person, I like to socialise like most people, but the apartment is my home so not a party house.
I'm a secondary school teacher so work Monday to Friday and like to relax when I come home. Parking can be a problem, but I'm happy to share my space if I'm not using it and there is parking near by.
