Double room available in new 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment with balcony overlooking canal. Includes modern kitchen/lounge area with all mod-cons. Would suite a professional or a mature student. Ideally located just a few minutes walk to town and near local amenities.

Although there isn't a spare parking space allotted, the car park is not full and spaces should be available to rent from other tenants. There's also plenty of free parking on nearby streets.

The modern bathroom is shared and includes a good shower (a must if you ask me!) and bath.

I'm laid-back person. I'm well traveled, I enjoy going for a few drinks on the weekend. I keep the communal areas tidy, including a clean kitchen and bathroom. I have broadband, a good sized tv and sound system. Access to sky and apple tv.
