We are seeking a nice friendly person to share a house. We have a good light hearted atmosphere in the house currently. There are two current occupiers, both male. The room contains a double bed wardrobe and chester of draws. The property has a good size garden and communal living/dining room. The location is fantastic for walking into chester city centre. The room is priced at £300 plus £100 bills (including gas, tax, electricity, internet etc).
