It is in a prime location only a 1 minute walk to the Town Hall but not overlooking the main road. I work a 9-5 and am not a messy guy. I'm considerate of other people and tend to spend my weekends out in the countryside. I love to cook and bake so if you are trying to diet this may not be the place for you! =-)

The flat includes wifi, large tv, intercom, oven with hobs, fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher.

The available room includes a double bed, large wardrobe, and an office desk facing a south facing window (looking towards cathedral and town hall). There is also ample storage space in an attic.

The rent is fully inclusive (gas, water, electricity, tv license, phone and broadband, as well as the high council tax due to the location). The flat is also fully furnished.

Off street parking is also available through negotiation with the landlady.
