New build, Chester City centre.

I have a recently moved into a new build house, situated on a quiet private road by the canal, 5 minutes walking distance from the centre of Chester.

I would like to rent out a fully furnished double room, it comes with plenty of storage and hanging space. You will also have use of the bathroom, which is to be shared with my other lodger (when he is not away on business), use of the washing machine, kitchen, fridge, freezer and parking space.

A Monday - Friday lodgers would be my preference..

I am an Electrical engineer and I spend most of my time in work during the week. My other lodger also works long hours Monday-Friday and travels home at the weekend. Baring that in mind this room would best suit someone who is also focused on work and doesn't want to party all the time. Although, when we are in together we will watch sports, movies etc and have a few drinks.

All bills included in the rent.
