I will have a large room available to rent from 4th April. I am the current tenant and am looking for someone to do a joint tenancy with me. Looking for someone who is respectful of noise, but friendly. It's a great flat with a large kitchen with washing machine and fridge provided. The room on offer is the living room but there is a dining room as communal area. There is a large patio at the front and and a small rear garden terrace. I have a cat so animal lover is essential. The rent is ã300 pcm, bills are approx ã100 pcm. Credit check will be done by the landlord. Some furniture may be available from the landlord
