We are looking for a friendly and sociable boy or girl to join our house share!

The room that is becoming available at the end of August is a spacious room on the second floor with street view windows on a quiet residential cobbled street. We have a separate bath and shower unite in the shared bathroom and a shared TV with freeview. The kitchen is equip with a large American style double door fridge, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, microwave, induction cooker and plenty of cupboard space.

The price is £400 pcm incl. all bills.

There is parking outside the house between 6pm-8am and on Sunday's. Otherwise there is a permit free road just over the bridge a short walk away.

The property is in an ideal location with town being a short 10-15 minute walk away and the same for the train station. We are situated only a 5 minute walk away from the trendy bars and restaurants in Hoole and along the canal side.

The current tenants are myself, Jade | 25, Nicole | 22 and Nayeem | 23 who are all young professionals who get on well with each other and enjoy going out for meals and drinks locally.
