New kitchen

1 large double room in a modern house to live with fun and sociable professionals. We love a good bbq and a few drinks in the summer, the odd night out and nights in watching a good film.

Spacious double room with double bed, triple wardrobe and desk. Lots of amenities available including wireless broadband and sky tv. 10 minutes walk from the centre of chester and 5 minutes walk from Chester race course. Large kitchen and brand new bathroom.

It is a 4 bed house but only 3 rooms are used. The fourth bedroom has gym equipment in (cross trainer, weights and sit up bench) which you are welcome to use.

I am also away for work a fair bit so the house is shared between two people for a lot of the time.

The room would suit a young professional who is tidy and considerate to others.
