I have a double bedroom/sitting room room available for one single professional person.

It's a ten minute walk to city center, and has a bus stop literally at end of road ...

The house is comfortable, clean and tidy..

The kitchen has all the mod cons.

Our paths will rarely cross in the mornings.

The house has just been painted and a revamp to down stairs so all fresh and new.....

My previous lodgers have worked as consultants at BHP billion, Stanlow and Airbus and this is the type of professional I am looking for again as it worked out perfectly.

Due to my job I need someone who work office hours, not work from home and away some weekends, although the room will be for sole use to leave all you belongings.

Will explain my work if you view...I am not a shift worker but do go away .

The room is at the top of the house it's very peaceful.. The house is home so not a party type house or to hang out with friends.

Happy to take in short term people but might need to adjust
