House is in Christleton, on the banks on the canal. The single room has a countryside view. Good public transport access, with a bus stop right opposite the house, and direct access to town down the canal footpath, 35-40 minute walk. There is also parking at the front the of house.
The living room/dining room, kitchen and bathroom are all shared. We have a delightful little patio at the back which looks out to the canal and a field.
We are a married couple in mid twenties. We are looking for a tenant of any age, but preferably female. Must be working or studying full time.
