A One-Off, £80 Reservation/ Administration Fee Payable To Reserve The Room (Done through PayPal - You DON'T need a PayPal account)

We will refund any reservation fee if a prospective tenant changes their mind, provided the tenancy administration has not been produced, which is normally produced the day before you move in.

£0 = 1 first weeks rent FREE (the actual day you move in), chargeable if agreement is for less than 6 months.

If you cannot obtain a guarantor, you will be required to supply a Security Deposit of £280, which will be lodged with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service)
