Large furnished double room available in 1900's mid terrace house approximately 1 mile from Wilmslow town centre and 4 miles from Manchester airport.

I'm looking for a professional GF male or female, preferably N/S and cat and dog friendly. My home is very clean, modern, comfortable and relaxed. I work in London from Monday to Thursday so the tenant will have the house to themselves during this time. I will also consider a Mon-Fri let and will offer a reduced rent. I have a dachshund and a cat but they stay with my partner while I’m in London.

Comfortable living room with TV, DVD player, large 4 person sofa and 2 person armchair, real fireplace and through double doors leads onto a private outside living area. Upstairs there are 3 carpeted bedrooms and 1 new bathroom which would be shared.

At the front of the property there is a small front garden with parking for 1 car. Roadside parking available and never a problem.
At the rear there is a large patio with BBQ area, raised wooden decking and large lawn.
