Room available close to Chester and m56

Single room available but room for 4ft bed, it's a shared flat with myself it's a cosy but spacious flat with everything you may need including broadband, sky tv washing machine bathroom with bath and shower for any more information please don't hesitate to ask.
I'm 28 a taxi driver and a part time student im a tidy person but not a neat freak I enjoy going out but also staying in having a quiet night watching tv/movie or the football (Everton).
Elton is only 8 miles out from Chester 5 miles from Runcorn and about 10 miles from warrington it's right by the m56 so has easy access to everywhere. Elton is a nice village with 2 local pubs a selection of shops where you can get pretty much anything you need and lots of good people.
