The room will be fully furnished(no TV), and the house mate will have access to BT infinity broadband, a shared living room, kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, small gym and back garden.
The house also offers off road parking, although the house is situated in an end plot of a close.
I am a teacher and I live alone, apart from my son who is 4 comes to stay 2 nights in the week and alternate weekends.
